A List of Ideas is included as an annex to the Landscape LSRI 2020. The List of Ideas includes research infrastructures at an early stage of development and without a concrete implementation date. When an Idea is implemented, the LSRI can be included in the Landscape LSRI. In the column at the left, you find a link to the current List of Ideas.
Landscape inventory 2025
In 2025, the PC-GWI will update the GWI Landscape. To this end, a landscape inventory has been launched. New GWI and GWI not yet included on the current Landscape GWI are called upon to apply. Research infrastructures already on the Landscape GWI are asked to update the information on their infrastructure. Signing up and updating can be done by filling an online inventory form, accompanied by a letter by the senior management of the GWI's penalising knowledge institution. Deadline for application is 10 April 2025.

The inventory form is aimed at collecting (updated) information on:
- Existing GWI already included in Landscape;
- Existing GWI not yet included in Landscape;
- New initiatives aimed at developing GWI.
The information collected through the landscape inventory is used to update the Landscape GWI. The updated overview of available GWI for researchers in the Netherlands then forms a starting point for making choices and formulating the strategy for funding research infrastructure.
