Infrastructure and User Services

Our facility operates the newest long-read sequencing technologies including a PacBio Revio platform and an Oxford Nanopore PromethION P24 sequencer.  We also offer single-cell library prep and sequencing services using assays developed for our 10x Genomics Chromium X platform as well as custom plate-based assays on our Formulatrix Mantis device.  We also offer spatial sequencing services for FFPE and fresh frozen tissues using our 10x Genomics Xenium and CytAssist platforms.

Examples/description of the type of research

We support both basic science and translational research questions in the life sciences.

How to access the infrastructure ?

Projects at the LGTC begin with a physical sample delivery.
